Emanuele have replied my email.

He said my animated CV is good. (Happy time) and He is planning to go to Malaysia next Christmas. I imagine I probably will be working at company by then and maybe I can invite him to my company and show him around. 

Few minutes later he replied back:

I have been animating for 6 years now :)Thanks for your tips, but I come from Italy so I am already used to be careful ;)
